Continue below to find out more about how CPS can help you.
How does CPS work?
- A group of 8 to 12 senior executives with a shared interest in growing their business meet for 24 hours.
- One group member presents a business critical case which is a current problem within his company.
- A dialogue in 5 phases, balancing focus and creation of new perspectives, leads to actionable recommendations.
- A CPS Director facilitates the dialogue, and a CPS Reporter makes a confidential report.
CPS groups meet 3 to 4 times per year, with group members taking turns as case owner. Each participant picks up innovative ideas, even if one is not the case owner. CPS groups contain companies that do not compete with each other.
Who should participate? General Managers or managers reporting directly to their General Manager.
Where can I join a CPS group? Join our CPS Poland group with participants active in Central Europe. Join our CPS Benelux group, active since 2003 with members from 6 EU countries. Join our CPS groups in St Petersburg, London, New York and Palo Alto. Tell us if you would like to start a CPS group in your country.
